What Tool Does my Group Use?

There are two sources of funds management within the WGA, each with its own reimbursement tools. The tools each group uses are divided as follows:

• WGA Funding - Bill.com: (Funds from all Dues, Tickets, and External Sponsorships)

  • Clubs and Conferences

• University Funding - Concur and Penn Marketplace: (SAF Funding: GAPSA, University Transfers, and WGA support)

  • Clubs, Conferences, Clusters, and WGA Initiatives - DEI, SSF, HKS, etc.

Each of these tools can reimburse a student or directly pay a vendor. The university tools can also schedule an "internal transfer" between two Penn entities. Please see the instructions below on how to schedule payments.
