Weekly Report

The WGA accounting system automatically generates a weekly Profit & Loss report for club leadership. This report displays all inflows and outflows of funds by category. The report follows a 14-day lag on transactions.

It is important to note that these reports are the source of truth for your club. All clubs are responsible for ensuring that the weekly report accurately matches any club-specific reporting managed by your club leadership. For example, if your weekly report does not show a sponsorship that your club has already expected, you cannot use those expected funds until the weekly report reflects the inflow.

Reimbursements to your club are determined by the weekly report - if a reimbursement would exceed the inflows that your club has available, the reimbursement may be partially or entirely denied.
