WGA Sponsorships

The WGA has an extremely limited amount of funding that it can use to support key events for clubs throughout the school year and will review sponsorship requests on an individual basis.

Effective ’23 – ’24 school year, there is a new procedure for requesting sponsorship from the WGA. The WGA will look at sponsorship requests together at two times throughout the year – the second week of each semester.

In order to request WGA Sponsorship, please fill out the following intake form BY THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK OF EACH SEMESTER. WGA funds are not fast-acting and require a significant amount of lead time in order to access. As such, there will be no more “rescue financing” for clubs so please exercise caution in planning and budgeting events surrounding attendance and anticipated sponsorship.

There are a number of requirements that will require planning well in advance, including securing a signature-ready contract that adheres to the WGA’s Contract Best Practices, which can be found on the WGA Club Treasurers and WGA Conference Treasurers pages on CampusGroups
