As a club or conference treasurer, you have access to the following resources:
First, join the WGA Club Treasurers or WGA Conference Treasurers group to ensure you receive important WGA communications about deliverables/deadlines and have access to protected financial documents.
You should be an officer of your club group in Campus Groups and will be able to send members communications, sell event tickets, and set dues using this interface.
Bill.com is our cash flow management software system through which all vendor invoices and student reimbursements flow. Students also receive reimbursements via ACH through Bill.com (see E-Payments page for more information).
Use Quickbooks to track revenues and expenses for your club, as well as the status of transfers from sponsors or from other clubs.
All treasurers are provided with individual Quickbooks logins. If you are a treasurer without Quickbooks access, please request one on the Quickbooks page.
How to Calculate Your Current Club Balance:
BEGINNING BALANCE (6/30/17) + NET INCOME + TRANSFERS = CURRENT BALANCE
- Beginning Balance as of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017 is available via Google Docs. The link is accessible via Campus Groups Treasurer website as well as via emails from WGA Finance
- Net Income is available via custom Quickbooks report (see Quickbooks page for how to set this report up)
- Transfers is available via custom Quickbooks (see Quickbooks page for how to set this report up)
