Getting Set Up For e-Payments through bill.com

The WGA uses e-payments on Bill.com as a form of direct deposit to reimburse your club/ conference/cluster expenses.  We create Bill.com accounts for all Wharton students.  

If you are expecting a reimbursement, please claim your Bill.com account and set up e-payments by filling out the form below.

After you enter your information below, you will receive a link in your email within 5 business days to set up e-payments on the Bill.com website.

You should only sign up for Bill.com through this link. DO NOT CREATE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT ON BILL.COM.  

  • US CItizens / students with social security numbers

When you click on the link in the email, please have your U.S. bank account information ready. 

  • International Students

If you do not have a Social Security Number BUT do have a US bank account, please reach out to the Finance Center (wga-finance-center@wharton.upenn.edu) for assistance in signing up for e-payment (direct deposit reimbursements).  You can either email the Finance Center your bank account details, or connect with Andy or Wanda (215-898-1077) for over the phone or in-person assistance.

If you do not have a US bank account, then email the Finance Center, and let the team know.  A check would then be printed and signed for you.  You will need to make an appointment to pick up your check (when ready) from 2401 Building.
